The bus driver either gave my luggage to someone else or sat it down outside the bus in Richmond. I was traveling to DC so my luggage should have never been in the area designated for Richmond.

When I confronted the bus driver in DC his nonchalant get over it attitude completely pissed me off. His only response was call customer service, not I apologize. Note: this happened to another customer too (Same trip).

I went back and forth with their customer service and after three weeks they tell me that they did not recover my luggage (No ***) and that they are not responsible. Like *** they not!!
