The bus driver either gave my luggage to someone else or sat it down outside the bus in Richmond.I was traveling to DC so my luggage should have never been in the area designated for Richmond.
When I confronted the bus driver in DC his nonchalant get over it attitude completely pissed me off. His only response was call customer service, not I apologize. Note: this happened to another customer too (Same trip).
I went back and forth with their customer service and after three weeks they tell me that they did not recover my luggage (No ***) and that they are not responsible.Like *** they not!!
