I'm trying to contact megabus by email because a rep said to email megabus. On Oct 21,15 i caught the 3:55am bus from Cleveland Ohio going to Atlanta Georgia.
After the megabus took of it was freezing cold on the bus. Who need air in October. The bu driver said to call megabus and ask for a refund because he could not turn it off, i want my money back because that was ridiculous. Megabus claim no one put in for a refund and i do not believe that.
And also when i try to put in a complaint to megabus it do not let u explain.confirmation # 34-8124-102015-L4R--0355-Cle-ATL. Email email@example.com
