Drop off site was incorrect. We just picked up our friend at 11:40pm.
My friend was dropped of 40 minutes from the dropoff location stated on her ticket. No announment was made mentioning when to get off. It was found out through asking a fellow bus member that the pit stop was in fact a drop off site! Customer service hung up on us twice and spoke over me when I attempted to voice my serious concern.
This is beyond unprofessional and unorganized to say the least. This has been an exhausting and emotional experience.
It has been drainning. The only thing that would be reasonable to help justify this unfortunate scenario would be a free ticket voulcher back to Boston for my friend.
