I paid $202.00 for me and my daughter ticket & they sent me an email on where the bus will pick me up, im out in the cold with my child waiting ONLY to find out they changed their pickup location around the corner from where we was. The customer service rude asf.

They wouldn't give me nor tge worker that worked at the bus station their id badge. They kept telling me that my pickup location said differ but i screenshot their email.

They trying to make me buy another ticket.!!! Not gonna happen .
