They are not driven by customer service at all. They do not refund and when ever you have to change your reservation they charge you.
At this point I am going to call my bank and tell them that this charge was not made by me just so I can screw megabus! Not even a supervisor made any attempt to resolve the issue. No one takes responsibility for the faulty customer service and I hope this company either steps up there customer service or go out of business.
For now they force you to keep changing your reservation while they rack up on the fees they always charge you. *** COMPANY *** CUSTOMER SERVICE
