The last two encounters I had with Megabus weren't pleasing. The first encounter was the bus being over an hour late.

A line of people were waiting in the rain. The drivers weren't helpful at all giving shirt responses "the NY bus is late," and did not try to answer any more questions people asked after that. The second encounter is probably the worst I've had with Megabus. Despite their unfortunate and ridiculous policy of "no refund" (even weeks before your planned trip) I tried to change my trip and my credit was no longer there and no where to be seen on my account.

I spent TWO HOURS on hold with the corporate office to speak with an associate and no one answered the phone!

terrible customer service, the worst I've ever experienced with my years using Megabus. Utterly disappointed..
