Megabus - STRESSFUL, RUDE, LACK OF CUSTOMER CONCERN, DISHONEST CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM, NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Your Megabus stopped, cut off in the middle of morning rush hour traffic in the middle of I65 a major interstate highway, the driver, non of the passengers knew what to do and your customer service was MIA. I called my sister in Indianapolis and asked her to pray and send the police to help us. We sat there for more than an hour while semi trucks, and every type of vehicle darn near slammed into the back of the bus. It was Derby weekend in Louisville so the traffic was over the top. Once the highway patrol blocked off traffic we were boarded unto a coach bus where we were left for another two plus hours, no air just a lot of lies from the few customer service people who picked up their phones. At one point 4 of us passengers had 4 of your customer service people on the calls telling us all 4 different things. By now I am sick to my stomach, my nerves are overreacting , we are now told another lie, taken to another parking lot and left to sit on the coach bus as we wait for your replacement bus, another few hours, people are cursing, crying, upset and your company is doing nothing. Thus far folks have been threaten with arrest, the police was called, people are not being allowed to retrieve their own personal belongings from you broke down bus it is a holy mess. Your staff has informed the hotels not to allow megabus passengers to use their bathroom, the bathroom on the coach bus was stopped up and unuseable, this only serve to anger people even more. You driver knew the circumstance we had been placed in, but told th hotels not to allow your passengers the use of their facilities. a trip which began at 4:30 am lasted until 6:48 pm. It has taken me this week to deal with what you all put us all through, the lies, the lack of care to even write you. you all were to email all passengers to offer an apology, compensation but per your actions have shown you all have made no contact. those of us who have shared contact information have not been contacted by your company as of 5/9/2019, and are not seeking to contact you to open communication on this matter. please see emails from the day in question, please notice the times you allowed your passengers to remain in parking lots.
