BEWARE OF MEGABUS!!! I purchased tickets yesterday from Houston to NOLA and my debit card information was used for additional purchases in Houston and when I called the company there was NO ONE they'd let me talk to.

Yes - I contacted the bank but wouldn't SOMEONE there want to KNOW that this happened????? When I told the lady on the phone (found the customer service number online - or so I thought) she said " I only book reservations" but no other number I can call was provided.

I told her what was I to do - just put it on social media? She said "You do that."

Product or Service Mentioned: Megabus Bus Service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $200.
