I I was threatened by a bus driver without looking at my order number,that he would call police because a customer said My sit was there sit ,I made reservations because i wanted to be comfortable the passager also harass me and make comments about my reservation I was upset and very uncomfortable after being threating I didnt feel safe until I reach my destination I would lije to be refunded for bad behavior and confusion, Read more

No concern for their riders. No access to a Supervisor, as their ROBOT-LIKE Customer Service reps keep repeating the same Company Policies over and over but refuse to let you speak with anyone above their level. What are they paying Supervisors for? No regard for any situation that involves their being at fault. Poor service and an attitude that expresses total disregard for what you pay for. I made a reservation with megabus and tried to cancel it the very next day as I was not able to use the reservation. I was even hoping for a credit but was told that not only would I not get a refund but I also couldn't get a credit for another time. It's ridiculous that this company has such poor business practices: not only will I not recommend this company to anyone, I will be sure to badmouth them to anyone who will listen. ... Read more

Taking a megabus from Boston-NYC at 2:15am on nov. 1st, 2015-- the bus arrives over an hr. Late. A young lady had to ask the driver what was going on in order for us to board the bus. The driver never checked our tickets. We were scheduled to arrive at 630. It is now 8am & we are on the side of thr highway because the driver doesnt have anymore driving hours.

On the March 24th around 12:30pm I brought two round tickets from Boston to Washington DC from Megabus online. I paid $243. "We know you'll find megabus to accommodate your needs" or whatever that lady says at the beginning bragging about the onboard wifi and inexpensive rates starting at a tantalizing $1.00. Well, I have found none of these things to be true. And even if the wifi did work, there is no streaming anyways. WHAT ELSE DO YOU WANT TO DO ON A 5 HOUR BUS RIDE. Listen to music or watch a movie. I was heading to New Haven from Boston, on the 8:45pm MegaBus on Sunday, January 11, 2015, but having trouble pulling up my reservation on my cellular phone, due to a lack of network availability at the South Station in Boston. Put my mom on bus 75713L from Boston to NYC on Dec 15 at 8am. The driver made no announcement as so where they were headed, his name, approximate ETA, nothing. He then proceeded to take the streets and parkways instead of I-90. They left at 8am and didn't get on the highway until 925am... a plconcerned passenger went to inquire if this was the bus to NY, and the bus driver flipped out on them and screamed at everyone they could.
