Megabus - Rude bus driver left me
This is my second call ab my trip on Feb 8-10. My trip to FL from ATL was fine, although the bus was late.
However, I was refused service on the trip back. I was told "I don't care what you have to say and I don't have to listen to you" by the driver. I booked a trip leaving ATL 11:59 on Feb 8 and returning at 1:10am on the 9th. I do realize the times are off however why would the system allow me to book a return during my initial trip?
It makes no sense. I was still on my ride to FL at that time. When I tried to explain to the driver, he was extremely rude to me and another customer. I had to take a Greyhound and missed my daughter's award ceremony.
I was stuck in FL. The rudeness of the driver is not acceptable service and the Megabus.com site needs maintenance!
