Cancelled bus

My bus from D.C to New York got cancelled due to the weather. Megabus gave a choice between a refund and another bus trip. I clicked on the wrong date for bus trip. I wanted to reschedule for Sunday using my voucher. How can I change it?

No wireless - ever - taking Greyhound

Hi, I keep hearing that my bus has wireless, and not a single ride I have taken between Durham and DC has. I love taking Megabus, but unless there is something close to a guarantee of wireless, I will take either Greyhound or Amtrak. Thank you! The drivers are wonderful. Power outlets are fairly reliable. Every single trip I have taken has been on time and my luggage has been provided for me easily. People are friendly. Some talk too loud. One time I had to ask a young woman to quiet her movie which was unfortunately loud enough to be heard throughout, and had awful language and bad things happening in it.

My bus was extremely late

On 9/12/2018, the bus was supposed to leave from the Atlanta station at 12:15pm. The bus did not arrive until a little after 1pm. While we were on he highway, the bus was swerving. When we got to our rest stop, the bus driver annouces to us that she is sick and that we have to wait on another bus and that it would be another hour in a half to two hours. The next bus didn't arrive until 7:03pm. I am insulin dependent. I was supposed to take my insulin at 7:00pm. I did not have my insulin on me because we were supposed to be in Jacksonville, Florida by 6:35pm. I would like for someone to give me a call a soon as possible.

Refund Request.

I usually love taking megabus and have had great experiences with them. However, that all changed when attempting to ride from State College (PA) to NYC.

It was a 1:40am departure and was pouring down rain making it hard to see. There was no shelter area but I was waiting for 40 minutes at the pickup location which I have been at before. The bus was in a slightly different location than where it was the last time I rode it and I was making my over to it with my luggage with another costumer whom I had just met. Before I could get there (within a few moments) it left, the driver obviously didn't see me in spite of my yelling and waving.

I called customer service immediately and they told me that I had to book another ticket at full price for a departure later that day!!

Since the next arrival time was significantly later, I had to take a cab to a car rental and wait for them to open. I am requesting a full refund!

I rode with greyhound. They gave me great service. I really appreciate what they did for me and how understanding they were unlike Megabus Greyhound leave the driving to us or to them.

I wanted to book a reservation to catch Megabus and then I wanted to pay with cash but I don't think there's another way and she didn't provide me with an option so I don't know what to do cuz I ride Megabus to get home but it looks like I may have to go Greyhound
