No service from buffalo new york since mar 2020

I am a regular customer of megabus taking monthly trips from buffalo ny to nyc since march of 2016 there has been zero service since covid 19 and none so far this year is there any way megabus can resume service from buffalo ny to nyc without having to come out of Toronto I miss megabus so much

They are NOTORIOUS for doing this to unsuspecting customers. Taking your money, then leaving you STRANDED waiting for a bus that NEVER SHOWS UP.

Then they will say it is YOUR FAULT/claiming that you "missed" the bus. Trust me, YOU ARE NOT THE FIRST PERSON(S) THEY HAVE SCAMMED.

Face mask

Im coming Charlotte and do not feel comfortable. I thought mask were mandatory. I guess not then. Its more than one person on this bus ride back to Dc with no mask on . Its very close to me also . I dont feel safe . This is unacceptable. People sneezing and coughing with no mask on . This is not a good or safe ride back for me to Dc . Not healthy or sanitary at all. My bus left at 2:45 from Charlotte to Dc get there at 10:45pm . I take megabus a lot and this never happens . I could have saved my money and took another route .

Miss refund

I got a refund from my journey 2, from N.Casttle to Leeds. No R= 2.1753-04****- M35X1150.New_ LEE of £16.40 But I didn't get the refund for my Journey 1 from Leeds to N. Casttle No R= 4-7919-0****21-0720-****-LEE- New 68 of £22.20. Just a reminder, the journey has been cancelled by Megabus due to the Covid gvt restrictions. I'm still awaitng for the refund of £22.20. Thanks in advance

Bus Didn't Arrive

I had purchased a ticket for a 6pm bus from Philadephia to NYC. The bus did not arrive. I spoke with customer service 3 times and each time they told me they could not track my bus and to call back in 10-15 minutes. Another bus did arrive and the driver yelled at another customer and said that those of us with 6pm tickets would not be allowed on his bus because it was supposed to depart at 7:30pm. I waited over an hour for the correct bus to arrive and it never did. I would very much appreciate refund for my ticket as I had to purchase an Amtrak ticket (expensive!) to get home to my family in New York as I had no where to say for an extra night in Philadelphia.

User's recommendation: When the bus shows up, Megabus will get you from where you are to where you need to go. Just have a back up plan... not reliable.

Quality

Honestly I would give them no stars. This service sucks!!! Use another bus service!!! They dont give refunds and they dont give credits!!! Its not my fault my relative died!!!! And one of the customer service operators was rude asf!!! Never again...never again in this life!!! I would die before I spend another $100 and sum on these people services!!!! AngryWtf

The foreigner behind the counter is extremely rude and prejudice to any black person who walks into the station. A white woman walked into the station and he was extremely nice and did not tell her to leave. I was on the phone with my black friend I am white the customer service agent got extremely mad at another black man and then turn and got mad at my friend who was on the phone with me while he was waiting for his bus..Kind call the new stations on Megabus
