I travelled from NY-Washington-Atlanta(res9-4043-111616-CM21R-2315-NEW-ATL). PROBLEM #1 After the driver changeover all of the electrical outlets were nonfunctional -overheads as well between the seats. PROBLEM #2. The bus ran out of gas about a half a mile from our final stop at the Marta Center in Downton Atlanta. PROBLEM #3. We were NOT LET off the bus for at least TWENTY MINUTES. Yall need to improve yall service yall never have info on the buses nothin !!! Rite now in my opinion yall suck!!!

I booked a trip with Megabus from Houston, Texas on 11/18/16 ; reservation number is 77-4047-111816-M77R-1305-KTY-SAN, leaving Houston, Texas from Katy Mills Mall at 1:05 p.m., but the bus didn't arrive until 1:18 p.m. Asked the Bus Driver was this the bus to San Antonio and she Austin. I had a friend coming from memphis to vero beach Florida, when the bus made its first comfort stop in mississippi they were given a time to be back on the bus....she was told she had five minutes left but when she got back outside the bus had already left...she was stranded at a gas station from 2am til 11am when another bus came through...they should have made sure everyone was back on board before they left and they leave at the time they... Horrible Horrible, Couldn't make trip, had a Stroke in family before trip. I called them to cancel, they said they needed letter from Hospital and a email from me stating the Fact. Sent them info. I called, nobody seen it. Sent it again, called again, owe can't find it. Called again, resent for the Third time, they gave me a number to call back. Couldn't get nobody. They Owe me $125. Mega bus is a joke they say you can change your reservation when you go online to try to change it they lock you out where you can't change it then when you finally look up and find the 1-800 number the call center will hang up on you joke now im out of my money $33.00 not right at all especially if your travel that bus service each and every week. Yes I took my daughter to the bus at 945pm( Memphis Tn) Once the bus made it they put the lugges on than the driver ask that oour lugges be took back off saying that roaches were on the bus and they need to take the bus back and get another and the drive ask could we wait until she return, once she returned she informed us that her route had been changed and to call Custom service

Dear Megabus, I boarded your bus from SFO to Anaheim. The driver doesnt drive safely at all, she has too much anger, too much swearing when there is a traffic jam. Not just that, when i was boarding the bus i showed her my electronic ticket and she yelled at me saying "i had told you to tell me if you have purchased the ticket today". I was shocked at such behavior. You need to appoint professional fellows for this safe job. Read more
