Request for refund. # 25/27-2763-****21-M71-1010-HOU-DGP

I Freddine McCormick, am an 80-year-old female, who lives on a fixed income. However, I purchased (3) round trip tickets from Houston to Dallas, Tx. for Friday 5/14/21 Sunday 5/16/21. We missed the bus from Houston to Dallas, because I got the time confused. Could you please refund the money for the trip we missed, I would truly appreciate your attention to this matter. I was on MARTA BUS LINE OMW TO CATCH MY BUS HOME AND STUCK IN TRAFFIC N MISSED MY BUS I NEED A REFUND IMMEDIATELY I. HOMELESS AND NEED TO GET BACK TO MY ORIGINAL HOME

User's recommendation: Be to the terminal 2 hours prior to departure.

My all friend who go to NY

I reserved a megabus but I erased my email by mistake. I only know the bus we ride at 11 pm on 21, feb from NY to Buffalo and at 10:30pm on 22 from Buffalo and NY. We are two, Mai Tokuda an Saki Hayashi. Please let me sent emails and information again. Thank you.

Bus is not there

My husband drive as far as legally possible to get to the relocated bus stop and the bus was still there even though it was 5 min passed its departure time. I was able to catch it. I thanked the gentleman on the phone and appreciated his offer to reschedule my trip. THANK YOU

Bought the wrong ticket

I bought my ticket going the opposite way—PHI-NYC instead of NYC-PHI. The customer service rep sent me a refund immediately and my problem is 100% rectified. Thanks, Megabus!

Son was sick in Houston Texas

I am very happy that Mega Bus Corporation was able to let our oldest son leave from Dallas to Houston to check on our very sick youngest son, the reason he was concerned about his mother riding the bus, and she may get arrested.

Too much disturbance on the bus

Poor Customer Service

I was a first time traveller of Mega Bus from 8-24-19 to 8-27; it was a round trip from Detroit to St. Louis, MO; upon returning to board the mega bus in St. Louis MO, I was the last passenger to board the bus, and the driver made me walk all the way down to the end of the bays, enter the double doors, and walk all the way back up to the door in order to board the bus; he did not acknowledge me to board the bus although he knew I was the last passenger boarding; then he called out, " Last call for megabus!" Really????? as I proceeded to give my bag to the baggage handler, he directed me to lift my luggage up to him which was above my head and I had already told him that I have shoulder pain so as I lifted up my luggage to hand to him, then lifted from underneath to raise the luggage upward to him he yelled at me telling me to let go he has the luggage--I was shocked; I then proceeded to board the bus; at the rest stop, I came in asking an employee for the restroom when the baggage handler interrupted and yelled out, "Don't you see that big sign that says restrooms?" I was highly offended by his behavior. The bus driver and baggage handler showed poor customer service skills and were the rudest I have ever seen. On a scale of 1 to 10, they don't even make the scale

Dangerous Pick-up Point

Megabus needs to change the pick-up spot in Columbia, S.C.The Lucius Road site is too dark and dangerous at night. There is a notorious neighborhood around this area and catching a bus there i the middle of the night is high-risk.Please consider another pick-up.drop-off point. Dutch Square and downtown (two previous Megabus sites) were both safe spots so it may be better to try those areas again.

Not positive experience

Good morning, The last week I bough 4 tickets for travel from Boston to NewYork because many people recommended me Megabus such best option. Yesterday, my family and I we took a Bus in the terminal south station of Boston. We found several chairs but the air conditioning are damaged. We’re terrible 5 hour about the especially for my children’s 11 and 5 year old. They arrived dehydrated in Newyork. I recommend fixing the air on bus, with these high temperatures.
