Trying to purchase

I am trying purchase ticket to bullhead Arizona leaving from Los Angeles CA. I put in where I want to leave from but does not show to scroll to the City I want to arrive I want to know how to get to bullhead Arizona?

I was trying to get back home and 5 to six tries wasn’t able to communicate anything with the mega bus company in regards to going back home.The funds were returned 5 times but no explanation on why.

No customer service available at the time.In my time of distress there was no one to help me,or even speak to every time I reached out to make contact it would accept the money but reverse it back and cancel the trip Im confused.

I tried calling and purchasing a ticket but they kept canceling my payments and my attempt to schedule. I went to the seating chart and the seats were available so they wasn’t booked

Why did they not take my reservation on six tries and when you call the recording plays over and over again.

User's recommendation: Just because I’m not satisfied today I will let people know you are a life saver.with this service.

Megabus breaking down

Megabus breaking down
I took the 1:00pm Megabus from 30th street Pennsylvania station to NYC, on August 16, and it broke down at the Benjamin Franklyn bridge. Many people were complaining that the driver was not explaining what was happening or going to happen etc... but I believe it was because he was trying to get it started and was on the phone trying to get help! I was at the front and was able to hear his conversations, so I knew he was doing all he could. One customer became very confrontational, and it was concerning. We Eventually had to get off the bus and climb over to the grass area. I was nervous not knowing what to expect, but to my surprise in no time at all there was another bus for us! The whole process may have taken about half an hour and we were all fine. The only concerns I had was that I felt that even though we were all sitting individually, we were too close to each other. The seats are not really far apart nor was there any tape or something to divide them. In general, I am very pleased and thank you with your service!

Not enough stops outside nyc

doesnt make sense for a low cost bus co affiliated with coach bus co.not to have stops outside of nyc. it cost over $40 rt to get into nyc to then take a megabus. The $40 rt cost to nyc negates any cost savings by taking megabus

User's recommendation: ask megabus to add stops in orange county ny.

hi on july 18 2020 sat i booked mega bus tickets to go to newyork it was last mint so thy only had 2 tickets left and i booked it for me and my 10 year old son we had to get there because we had emergency and when we get to the stop the drivder was so rude and would not listen to me i explain that since we r family please let my 4 year ride with us because there dad is sick .driver said why u booked 2 tickets and i explained that it was honest mistake plaese take money for tikt and we have to get there in emergency but he was so rude and loud did not listen to us and closed the bus door and left .i am contacting customer serviice because i am mega bus customer for 7 years and i am vbery disappointed with the driver .plus please refund me my money the website was low and thy took money from my 2 cards visa and discover .my booking number is A14YQBQ AND RESERVATION NUM IS 40/41-6471-****20-M21-1505 BAL-NEW

Rebooking

I cancel a reservation that was for today so I can rebook it for tomorrow I was credited my money for my ticket and I needed the same time but for tomorrow and it would not let me book it the new ticket for tomorrow was the same price 49.99 I called to book it and call kept hanging up and this was before the 3 hour deadline now I lost my 49.99 credited because y'all won't let me book my reservations I even tried to pay with my cards and it still wouldn't let me

It leaked from the monitor on us in the top front seats as it rained. The customer service representatives are consistently rude.

We paid $5 coming it's four people can for pay $5 going back we one a fix income. We coming from Houston to Dallas can you please help me I need it for Monday.

About safety and driver

July 15,trip from Rochester to nyc the driver was not very courteous. He was driving very dangerous, swerving, not in lane. Some more training, especially if he was not feeling well and make the right decision. Call and have another driver drive the bus. I knew another passenger made similar observation. However, trip on the july20th, the driver was very courteous and a competent driver. Thank you.
