Horrible customer service

I am a ride share driver who had to take one of your customers to your location in Orlando. The location states Florida Mall. The address takes you to the food court. We called and were told to drop her and her child there. I did not leave them in an unsafe area. We drove around the mall parking lot until I happened to see one bus and drove over. It turned out to be the Megabus area On the complete other side of the mall parking lot.

User's recommendation: Do not use - they do not care if you get stranded.

Can't reschedule

BullshitI made a wrong date reservation and try to change my ticket and their suck website refused me to change my ticket!!!!! I tried to reschedule it 15 hours before the bus!!!!!!!!!!!!! And their customer services are suck too.

No internet nine trips!

no wifi nine different trips! no wifi no toilet paper unmasked people sitting too close crabby drivers who were impatient should get a free ride for compensation

They left me at the rest stop in Normangee

I got off the buss to use the restroom and buy some snacks. It was less than 10 minutes and i came outside and the bus was gone. I need my luggage and a refund. This is a horrible experience. It is now 9:39pm and I'm stranded in the middle of nowhere!

They canceled the bus and then wanted to charge me to reschedule

Less than 24 hours from when I would have left philly They canceled my return trip to philly. I made a mistake in rescheduling it for free so they were going to charge me to reschedule it . You can't trust them to have the busses that you're being scheduled for. I have reading and learning disabilities and they take advantage advantage of my mistake so now I get no free change and no refund and I just have to chock it up to to learn your lesson and don't ever use megabytes again

Friend on bus no driver

Shes stuck in Hells Kitchen. Dark bus, no driver. She has 2 broken feet, is on crutches and is scared. She has anxiety disorder and colitis. She couldnt make to restroom when her colitis kicked in. Now people on the bus are making fun of her and she is absolutely humiliated. She has called the police to come help her. Neither of your phone numbers has anyone to answer them. And yes, I called after 6:30 EST. I would just for you to tell me how you are going to make this right for her. Ione

Thumbs down because my friend is still stuck in NY and nobody has answered either phone numbers! My friend is humiliated and scared. What are going to do to make things better for her???

I never could pull the page up for buss fees or the time in which a bus leave from chicago with that been said i prefer to fly easy excess to common information for travelers

My bus is late where is it

AngryBullshitMy bus did not come I booked an 11:59pm bus, and it did not come at all me and my 9-year-old daughter was waiting 2 and half hours for the bus at south station, and it never came I was calling customer service all night but no answer it was me and other people waiting for the bus it looked like it was going to be a packed bus, but a lot of people started leaving when they saw the bus was not coming I called customer service the next Morning they answer but were so rude and ghetto and disgusting.

It sucked nobody is able to help us. We have the information for the customer who has our luggage, all they have to do is call the customer to let them know they have our luggage and we have theirs. Very easy... but nope nothing

This company has the most horrible or None existing service. I cant understand how this is legal. I would never recommend megabits to anyone. If you loose or get your belongings stolen feom the bus as I had mega us would Never help. Dont use mega bus.

Bus Didn't Arrive

I had purchased a ticket for a 6pm bus from Philadephia to NYC. The bus did not arrive. I spoke with customer service 3 times and each time they told me they could not track my bus and to call back in 10-15 minutes. Another bus did arrive and the driver yelled at another customer and said that those of us with 6pm tickets would not be allowed on his bus because it was supposed to depart at 7:30pm. I waited over an hour for the correct bus to arrive and it never did. I would very much appreciate refund for my ticket as I had to purchase an Amtrak ticket (expensive!) to get home to my family in New York as I had no where to say for an extra night in Philadelphia.

User's recommendation: When the bus shows up, Megabus will get you from where you are to where you need to go. Just have a back up plan... not reliable.

Quality

Honestly I would give them no stars. This service sucks!!! Use another bus service!!! They dont give refunds and they dont give credits!!! Its not my fault my relative died!!!! And one of the customer service operators was rude asf!!! Never again...never again in this life!!! I would die before I spend another $100 and sum on these people services!!!! AngryWtf

The foreigner behind the counter is extremely rude and prejudice to any black person who walks into the station. A white woman walked into the station and he was extremely nice and did not tell her to leave. I was on the phone with my black friend I am white the customer service agent got extremely mad at another black man and then turn and got mad at my friend who was on the phone with me while he was waiting for his bus..Kind call the new stations on Megabus
