In May 2019 I was is NYC going to Rochester NY. I am first on line when a family of 4 arrives with 10 suitcases, disrupts the whole line.

The driver or whoever that person was said they couldn’t have that many bags but then said $20 a bag and led them over to the bus. When I tried to get him to check me in he was too involved with these people. Finally I got on the bus but that person was bad and rude. I wonder who pocketed the money for all those bags.

Then when the bus arrived in Rochester all the bags had been thrown everywhere and people were trying to grab there’s and some bags couldn’t be found right away. People were yelling at each other and I thought a fight would break out.

I did t have a bag so I got away from the chaos. That being said the guy should have let you bring that bag but you were only supposed to bring one but that guy was really an ***

Cancel 1 ticket

I had already booked 3 tickets from NYC to State College and by mistake I booked an additional ticket. Wanted to cancel the one ticket and get full refund but instead received the redemption code. I am fine with that and hopefully it works when i book the return ticket from State College to NYC in about two weeks time. Thank you for the prompt response and action.

Website

The website is NOT USER FRIENDLY AT ALL! You do NOT receive an email as indicated if you need to change your password; as a result of forgetting your password. You cannot sign in as a guest. Therefore, if you need to change your reservations or check on the status of the bus, you are unable to do so. This results in you having to call and if you need to change your reservation there is a fee. The website needs an overhaul!!

I came to my bus stop five minutes earlier than its departure. And as I was walking up to my bus it laughed. It was supposed to leave at 7:20. And it ended up leaving at 7:15. No I am late for my film set. And I have to buy another ticket. I would like my first ticket refunded. Im a value customer and I am there here all the time.

Problems both going and coming.

Both of the buses were horribly delayed. On the trip to ATL, the bus sat until police came and kept a passenger off the bus, thereby, making my arrival in ATL two hours later than expected. The return to Union Station DC came many hours after discovering that the bus had mechanical failure and a new bus had to be dispatched from Washington, DC to Richmond. The bus arrived in DC after 3 am, and I stepped inside my door @4 am. This should be a complimentary trip.

Poor customer service

I contacted the agency to book a one way ticket for my son and husband and the representative was extremely rude pushing me to buy the ticket with her over the phone because the rates ch age every minute. I began to explain that I am traveling with my disabled father and I was told could receive a discount. She told me no that its full price and then she hung up on me. I was so upset how she pushed me and spoke to me!

Ride dispute

My bus broke down on the Delaware bridge and we had a 2-3 hour wait for another bus. I had to have someone come pick me up and they refuse to refund my money. They offered a voucher in which I would not use as I will never use this bus service again.

Refund/Compensation

I had a travel yesterday from Union Station in DC to New York City. My bus was to leave at 0520hrs and arrive to New York City at 0945hrs. The bus broke down on the highway. We were delayed and held up from the events that were planned. In turn, I received an e-mail stating that Id be contacted with a compensation that literally expires from a year today. Im not pleased with the compensation credit and in turn, I would like cash! I do not plan to travel with this bus line again.

For the phone number and location in Dallas

She asked me for my reason for calling I told her just trying to find out the phone number and location in Dallas she went further to explain the locations for pickup and how much it cost today and what I like to purchase a ticket today.. this phone call would have been over with shortly after I called if the information I was looking for was given to me as I have asked for it... Our English was pretty good and was almost a communication barrier..

Bus was disabled

The wipers of the bus stopped working and it was pouring rain. The bus was leaking in my seat. Reached my destination 5 hrs later after my expected arrival time. No shelter from the rain, all my clothes and luggage was soaking wet. Got the cold by the time I reached home

One hour late and the bus that came for the next group pick up did not allow us to get on! Never take this service!!!
