Pissed Consumer Interviews ?

I purchased a megabus ticket for my son for Sun. Aug 13th from Columbia Sc to Washington Dc and another from Washington D.C. to Balt.Md to arrive in Md on Mon. The 14th. I forwarded him the reservation number to his phone. I googled directions to Megabus in Columbia sc and drove to the address listed which was Sumter st. We arrived at 2 am. Bus was leave at 3. The building was well lit but the doors were locked. A man walking by told us megabus had moved. By then it was 10 after. 2. I called Megabus but a recording kept saying hold on for next agent but no one picked up. We found another person who told us it was at Greyhound station. I GPS that and arrived at 3:03 and nothing was there. It was closed. I got a motel room and called megabus in the morning and was told that they had moved from that address a month earlier and was located on broad river st. They said yes, if you Google megabus in sc, it would probably give the old address but if you had gone to your email, you would have seen the new address. I said it would not have occurred to me to check my email. I had the confirmation number from your site once I paid. I ended up having to pay another $85 approx. for the total trip plus a motel room to stay in Columbia for the next daily bus.I feel that some consideration should be given to me. I should be able to GPS where you are, not where you were.

Megabus - NO AC during 85 degree rush hour bus

6/24/19 the 6:10pm bus to Philadelphia. The entire bus is without AC. The driver cannit do anything. The entire bus is sweating and it smells awful. They never should have let this bus on the street.

Megabus - Dangerous drivers !
My family and I were driving home with our baby in the car . We were driving over the Ben Franklin bridge from Philadelphia to New Jersey . The lanes were condensed to one lane . We were driving in the only lane that was green when a mega bus rode up next to our passenger side in the red lane and almost hit our car . The bus cut off our car and driver threw objects out of their window at our car and hit our windshield . We were forced to slam on our breaks and swerve into the other red lane to avoid being hit .

Megabus - Ticket

I was in the middle of purchasing a ticket when suddenly the price changed to increased by $30 I called to ask for assistance and the agent provided no resolution I’ll be taking greyhound from now on.

Ride from NYC To Baltimore. Left NY 4:30 pm. Due in to White Marsh at 7:50 pm. I’m writing this at 8:37 pm. Bus swirling ...running cars off the yellow line towards shoulder. Being beeped at several times. Scared out of my mind. Went over one of those loud track tire warnings. Thank god for somehow we pulled over at rest stop and got a new driver. Maybe they reported the driver at the Wright station before. Pictures didn’t do justice as we were moving. Going over the Bridge was grueling. I was on the upper level. Megabus - Driver Route

The driver took us off the route and added an additional 40 minutes to the trip! She did not know where she was going and unfamiliar with the area. She would not look up directions. This is very frustrating! We were supposed to arrive at our destination at 11:50pm from NY to Annapolis, MD. I am still on the bus (12:15AM) and we still have another 20 minutes to go.

I ordered round trip tickets online as was told when I asked if there was free overnight parking they said yes but no free parking and gave me wrong directions to catch the bus I’m out 60.00
