Megabus - Bad customer service experience
I book a trip from New York to Boston for my family, my son got sick I call megabus to reschedule my appointment/trip and agent told me blunt that I only have two choices pay a additional $78.00 or lose my already $78.50. She was blunt and hurried me off the phone. I’m so disappointed with the level of customer service extended.

I called to see if the Megabus company offered ticket cancellation protection when purchasing a ticket. The rep acted as if she couldn't hear me, and then ended the call. Terrible customer service!!!
