I purchase reservation on 11/17/2016 to Houston, Tx for 01/18/2017 and return trip for 01/19/2017 for some reason my return trip was schedule for 03/14/2017 and I was asking for reservation change without additional charges and the *** people only can say sorry!Wow I am a Cancer Patient and I travel to Houston MD Anderson for treatment!

I ask a courtesy because of my situation i am looking for e resolution or you lose a customer and Megabus need to do better to there customer we are the ones who pays your salary in which that is sad to say i am very disappointed.i have proof of my current situation sorry is just not acceptable and i sent a email to i thought was corporate office that i thought would be able to help and i receive an email from Kevin probably nobody that just said sorry crazy crazy crazy
