The rep couldn't find the reservation I was speaking of so she hung up the phone period and enough said. Greyhound here I come from now on. You guys should make reps call the customer back when the phone call is "accidentally" hung up in our faces!

Your drivers are rude as well, making random stops when they are already over an hour late, unapologetically, Also you internet was not working once we finally got on the bus, lastly someone was sitting in my seat that I paid extra to reserve, after battaling with them to get out of my seat she simply sat in the reserved seat right next to me, which she did not pay extra for.
