Megabus - Refund policy and customer service sucks
why is it that you gotta send an email to inquiries@megabus.com yet nobody writes you back? this was the worse bus trip i've ever taken in my life.
never had so many delays without announcements in my life then there employees for customer service sucks. they don't support you they send you to send an email which you'll never get a response back to. on top of that they hang up on you when you ask to speak with a supervisor. they'll tell you they cant if if its nothing else they can do to assist thus call they'll legit hang up in your face, you don't even have to be nasty which is crazy.
they have some of the poorest customer service ever and i'm pretty sure ill never take thsi bus again to new york i'm better off with the Chinese bus. then every time i call back the employees hang up on me i don't have time for this.

Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of megabus bus service and associated monetary loss in the amount of $93. Megabus needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
