Good Day , Yesterday I bought a ticket from boston to new York for the 6:00pm departure.I got to the bus door and was not let on because the bus had already close its doors.

It wasn't 6pm yet and the worker(a man) made me miss the bus, they wanted me to pay $5.00 to change my ticket for the 9:00pm bus and I couldn't . I had to buy a whole new ticket from another bus company inorder to get home by a certain time.
