I CANNOT AND WILL NOT EVED USE MY TICKET. THE CORONAVIRUS HAS CANCELLED ALL EVENTS.
I DONT WANT A CREDIT.
I WANT A REFUND. I WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO USE THE CREDIT.
Monetary Loss: $120.
Preferred solution: Full refund.

This is an easy fix for you and others in the same boat. Pull the terms YOU agreed to.
Show them special circumstances, compassion or understanding clause and you're golden.
If the terms YOU agreed to don't have these clauses, you're stuck with credit and a great reminder to always read and UNDERSTAND terms before saying you did. OK...say it...."You must work for them."
*** ***. We have a right to complain/ask for a refund when this raggedy-azz company does not uphold their end of THEIR OWN service contract.
