My husband got on the bus in Memphis at 10pm on November 14 and still hasn’t arrived to Dallas Texas yet it is 3:31pm on 11/15/2018 this doesn’t make any since at all... we were told that a refund would be credit back to my bank card....but I had to call back once the ride was


the bus was suppose to arrive her in Dallas at 6:05am this morning... it is now 3:34pm he has 3 more hours and 12 minutes before arrival... I want my money back on my card ASAP for our inconvenience.

I was on this same bus! This is absolutely ridiculous!

We're just arriving in Grand Prairie at 6:37 p.m. I am beyond pissed. Had already drove 2.5 hours just to get to the bus station only to get there in great timing to make it to an interview. Still didn't get to the interview, and made a blank trip!

Lost money and wadges!!!

I could've drove and beat this! i want my money back also!!!
