Megabus - No real customer service
A contrast in service I was stuck at airport and Spirit rebooked my flight for 2/15/18 8:30 am . I had a reservation from DC to NY on Megabus.
From 8:30 am today until noon I went online to reschedule my trip for tomorrow 5 times and called Megabus 4 times . As you can see my first contact with you was at 9:34 am today . Speaking with 2 reps and 2 supervisors at Megabus I was told I had to buy a new ticket tomorrow after their systems did not work and they did not answer my calls until 11:30 am .
They told Me to send email an 5 days later I would get a response . They just lost a customer.and all my family members who use them for travel between NY and DC.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
