Yesterday I was due to leave Boston to travel to nyc at 9pm. There was no bus at 10pm so I called costumer service as was told a bus was on its way.

I continued to wait with other people, no bus came! People continued to call and we were told that they have no idea where the bus was. No one was at south station to help us! We were in the complete dark.

A bus arrived at 11.30pm we asked the driver if he could give us any information and he shouted at us and was so aggressive. It was such horrible behaviour I have attached a video. I am now stuck in Boston and had to find a place to stay tonight as at 12.15, three hours after our leave time I got an email saying the bus was cancelled. I have had to cancel a day of work and now I want mega bus to get me a bus ticket home they refuse!

This is the worst service ever!!!

You don’t treat people like this! I would like them to get me a bus ticket home, after I have had to miss a day of work and pay for accommodation for an extra night.
