I made reservations to depart New Orleans, LA going to Houston, TX on December 14th @ 9:45P.M. That evening I called taxi to pick up me and my kids. When we git there our bus had already left due to taxi driver coming late.I called to ask for refund but was told no refunds and I would have to reschedule within 24 hours of departure. I paid $39.15 which I lost and had to reschedule to pay $103 for next reservation. All I'm asking is for my $39.15 be refunded back into my account?
