Bus left 1 - 2 minutes early. We were here right behind the bus in an UBER car.

There was a woman or girl standing in front of the bus door, waving her hand for the bus driver but the driver, who was at a complete stop drove off. There were about 7 - 10 people who did not make the bus.

When i called to file a complaint, i was told that the bus left at 1:42, which is untrue. We were parked behind the bus at 1:38 & the bus left at 1:39.
