I'm upset cause I had to pay $64 for a greyhound ticket from San Jose CA to Los Angeles due to your website has issues since 4pm pst and it is now 1:35am the next day and the website isn't working. Who is going to reimburse me for the difference. Thank you Alejandra Perez

Megabus - Forced to pay more money for their faulty system

This is the second time I have tried to book on mega bus and their system doesn’t work. I’ve tried different cards and browser as well as devices and it always says “unable to process payment”. This forces you to call and reserve over the phone...which costs an additional $7. I find it to be extremely unfair that i pay more because of their error.
