Megabus - Horrible Service
Drunk lying driver, horrbile service from customer care. She hung up on me. Our bus left over an hour late. They lied about waiting for an additional driver. Set in a parking lot for an additional 2 hours just to get turned back around to head to dc. Will never use mega bus again . Wasted 7 hours of my day. Dispatched lied from the start.

First off...the bus was 50 minutes late to pick up with no communication....then the female driver was very disrespectful....on top of being late she decided to stop for a 30 minutes FOOD BREAK....got to my destination late and along the way there was no communication as to what’s going on.
