That’s ridiculous! If you’re going to pick people up in the desert you should make accommodations for the heat. This makes me want to never take the megabus again! I would like to request a partial refund on my ticket or a credit toward another ride to rectify this...

Megabus - Disapointed

Details
I was on mega bus from San Antonio to Dallas Texas May 29th 2019 and the bus driver stoped because he was lost 2 hrs from Dallas. Then 15 mins before entering Dallas decided to pull off at Waffle House to get a substatute driver then I had wait another 45 mins until the substatute driver came and I ended up getting to my stop two half hours later.

Megabus - Bus nearly ran us off the road when it changed lanes

I am writing to complain about a bus driver. It was around 4 PM today Memorial day. It was on I 95 N between Baltimore and Delaware. The licences plate on the bus was P883472. We were in the right lane and the drive was changing lanes. And he was changing lanes and nearly crashed into us. Those buses are humongus. It was very scary. I am so glad not to be a holiday statistic. I think this driver needs to be severely reprimanded because there is absolutely no excuse for a professional driver to move into a lane without being sure it was clear. We had been peacefully travelling in that lane for a long time.

Megabus - I left my purse on the mega bus

I was treated like crap I was trying to pull my ticket from my phone the bus driver got angry and kicked me off the bus I was upset and left my purse so I had to rebook and buy another ticket plus my purse is still missing

Megabus - Driver Way Too Chatty

Details
Every time the driver picked up the mic he carried on speaking for 10-20 minutes. It was an overnight bus and he did this every time the bus made a stop, and he’d put on music when the bus was waiting at the stop, as well. Out of an 8 hour bus ride I only managed to sleep for 2 because of all the interruptions!
