I had a ticket from Houston(Katy Mills station) to Austin on 10/10/16 at 1:05 PM.Me and a lot of other people outside the mall under the scorching sun were waiting for over an 4 hours in the designated area in Katy Mills station where we usually take the Megabus to Austin and the bus didn't show up. Calling up megabus customer service didn't help either. They were just asking to wait for another 10 mins and so on. They had a reason that traffic or weather may be the cause, which was not the cause in any case. At 5:30 PM they confirmed the bus was cancelled. The site was not updated with any latest information on this. Neither did we get any emails in this regard.

12 hours have passed by, but we still have no clue on what next, how do we get back to Austin.

I think Mega bus has the most unreliable service and the worst customer service ever....

Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of megabus bus service and associated monetary loss in the amount of $5000. Megabus needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
