They charged us an extra $5 to get a seat on the next bus (not even guaranteed we're getting) and for half of us, it wasn't even our final destination. A couple of us called customer service and it's no help... waste of time. They don't care. Think twice before you book Megabus...

Megabus - Bad experience

Traveling from New York to Philadelphia there was a heavy rain and nowhere to shelter and instead of letting everyone get in the bus they made us wait in the rain. That is pretty inhuman. Would never ever take this company again and they were very rude.
