Megabus - *** customer service

My trip was canceled because of Florence. Went to rebook and hit for wrong trip 6:00am instead of 6pm. After a bunch of condesending bs, wss told they would have to charge me 10 dollars plus another 69 dollars to change ticket. Talked to supervisor and she was no help, asked her for her supervisor and of course none was available. This was customer service at the worst
