I booked a round trip for 1 only to find out that it was 2 one way tickets Called to make change and the customer service decided that she could no longer assist me, therefore she hung up on me ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I will like to have a refund for the poor service and i was refused to get on bus by driver who was very rude . I then contacted customer service to change ticket because i have a family emergency and supervisor told me i had to wait 5-7 days and as i was talking she began to state her disclosure script and hung up ..she talked over me and ijust want issue rectified

You might try your church. Read Megabus documentation. They will not refund for ANY reason.
