They changed it back to their normal stop, which is at East Patsaouras Plaza without notifying their passengers via email nor signs/notice at or around the temporary location. Having said that, about 6 of us were waiting and needless to say, we missed the bus. They charged us an extra $5 to get a seat on the next bus (not even guaranteed we're getting) and for half of us, it wasn't even our final destination. A couple of us called customer service and it's no help... waste of time. They don't care. Think twice before you book Megabus...

Their customer service is terrible. They couldn't access their systems for an hour. They should be able to send email before departure time so that passengers do not wait for the bus about 2 hours.

I was ripped off by mega bus for 75.00 for two tickets I brought n was not able to use or get a refund for them poor customer Severcies never got to ride the bus and no refundAnd they do not care they rip pplOff just to make money and that's so sad that's how they makeThere money off poor ppl I am pissed off and will never ride mega bus or refere them to anybody I want my 75.00 back

Had to "cancel" reservation and received a notice from MegaBus that only $116 could be applied to new ticket since I cancelled more than 3 hours before trip and there was a $2 service fee (as outlined in the Terms & Agreement - which I "signed"). So I'll log back into the website and adjust the time since I already bought the ticket. But the damage has been done. Never again will I use Megabus. I will make sure no one else has to feel what I just endured. People spend that extra money and go with alternative modes of transportation. This isn't worth it. Trust me. Thanks for listening.
