Hi I am very dissastified customer with Megabus this last trip. I travel 11:59pm 12/02/2015 from Atlanta, GA to Orlando, Fl. My order number AEMMLWI

Reservation: D86/87-9350-****15-M96R-2359-ATL-ORL

First, I was lied to by the 1st agent who booked 16:20pm reservation for me due to absolutely no more seats on the 23:59pm bus. I called back double check and I was lied to. Another agent reschedule me ok by his supervisor. It was documented in my record: apology and that they will request assistance for me to be 1st board bus to Orlando and that I can sit at table on lower deck of Megabus. This is documented in my record and by all means I nee copy of this.

Now, pax sat right front of me, his legs too long. We had to sit ride out 4 hours till arrival in Tifton, GA.

I ask the assistance of bus operator said she will not get involve. Talk over passenger and we work out ourselves: not her business. 30 min rest stop; now time to board. Saw Mr. John and explain moving seat. He said,"that is fine with him and whatever makes me comfortable. I had to move or him being I have multiple sclerosis and my legs tighten up bringing on muscle spasms. Bus operator explain seating of disability paxs. I agree give up my table seat to get two seats back lowerdeck. Bus operator #1 said still I am not getting her help. Talk to the passengers back there see if they will work with you. One pax said, "there's 1 seat over there. I am not giving up my seat. No one else either. These were people who were not disable and both bus drivers could've assisted in matter.

Bus driver 2 moved the bus with me still standing trying still get to back. Also, 2nd disable pax on the floor cleaning up drink contents while bus in motion. As I related to driver this is wrong. She shouted at me to stop talking shut my mouth and sit down like I am animal or child and even that would've been wrong to address child in her manner of tone. Bus driver 2 said I don't shetup she will call 911 on me. They will come take my minor son and I off the bus and leave us in Tifton, GA with police.

I said,"mam, I will sit but I need move" it is very uncomfortable.

She cut me off with her shout. Threaten me again to call police cause I need to shut up and sit down don't say another word.

Pass shouted frm upper deck for me to sit down already and with foul language. I did. Told paxs I am humble will sit. She said and did call Eric her supervisor on phone with him telling him she has a disable pax on bus giving trouble causing bus take off late. Drop my drinks, went bak to get more and whole bunch napkins clean floor and if she doesn't (me) sit down shetup she will call police on me and leave me with them. She was truly rude, disrespectful, lied on me as pax drop drink bus left late. It was pax behind me. Driver 2 was totally insubordination. No how did her job to help me as dissatisfied customer turn into satisfied customer to continue having my business with Megabus. I travel 3-4 years with this company never nothing like this monstrosity.

Two Afro-American black woman dispatched CONTROL FEAR, DISRESPECT FOR THE ENTIRE BUS, ME MOST OF ALL FOR THE DISABILITY. Believe me it was so humiliating not only to me but everyone espec those sat around me. Passengers advise me not a word so I and my son can get safely home to Orlando.

On our way to Orlando, they stop bus and driver 1 got off driver 2 half sleep to sleep. Little while she was back. No indication to paxs what was goin on. Nobody better talk or they would get same treatment as I did. We arrive Orlando, Fl Mega station 1 hour late. Never indicated why and what was problem why we arrived late.

I personally believe they need cover themselves in case I file report so they can say I caused bus to be late. I reported this to Supervisor Ernie, Megabus, Orlando station. Said he will send out alert on them. Reported to your toll free numbers as well. Agents who advise me to file repot online. My God is in control.

Plz by all means respond back to me ASAP. It is vital you do. I love service and have met courteous, respectable, caring bus operators.Never none like these two Woman who are representers for Megabus and should emplify their good behavior to best of their ability. This is no joke and I expect right away for investigators to plz deal with such ugliness wickedness immediately. These matters must be dealt with and thank you for your investigation. I will get back to you immediately. Actions like these can run many years of good business out of business and into serious legalities. There were liability violations. Refusing to assist disable pax, threaten call law enforcement when I gave no cause to do such especially with my child with me. Could of put us in really bad situation if she did and bring trauma to my child as well as me. Driving bus in motion while disable pax standing and the other out of her seat on floor cleaning up liquid waste. Wrong.

I need and want public apology from these two operators in the company of their supervisors if not the best way they know how. They must know I filed complaint. Plz do not give them any information about me. To me these women are dangerous based on their unprofessional mannerisms and want no involvement with them whatsoever. This is Wicked. Turn it around and be NICE AND KIND TO YOUR PAXS AND LISTEN TO WHAT THEY HAVE TO SAY. GOD WILL HELP YOU WITH YOUR PAXS ON MEGABUS.
