This trip will be my first and last ride on megabus.First and foremost i'm requesting a full refund for reservation #27-4119-113015-M37R-2330-CHR-WAS in the sum of all of my monies @$67.50 for a one way ticket for fraudulent pricing, incorrect route scheduling information, driver giving 2nd driver who failed to id himself to passengers giving a passenger in Durham free rides when i overpaid for my ticket, awful service on both the call center customer service rep Amanda and bus drivers of bus# DD454.
Had i known we would be making unannounced stops and arriving 3 hours late to the destination on a bus with unsafe conditions and no heat i would not have selected to travel with this company.Thanks for arriving at 10:26am to union station
