I got to the megabus as soon as it was pulling off got to the door and the driver wouldnt let me on sun oct. 17 chi to minn i felt really bad with all this talk about black unity and all i am black and the drivers were the same i almost. Lost my job because of this do people ever put themselves in others shoes. That. Was really coldhearted.

20 degrees outside and the bus is broke down.They put us in a hotel lobby WHERE WE HAVE BEEN SITTING FOR 7+HOURS WTH.....Now they are saying we are stuck here till tomorrow. I had to be in town today for something VERY Important. I call mega bus customer services they talked to me as if it was my fault. I will never ride on the mega bus again. Me and a lot of other people in our cars under the rain were waiting for over an hour in the designated area in Riverside station where we usually take the Megabus to New York and the bus didn't show up. On my way to Indy from Chicago I notice we are going off the highway right outside the city to the side streets. Soon we end up going deep into these run down hood neighborhoods west of the highway, not in anyway towards Indy. Then after about 20-30 minutes of this she turns around and take a couple more turns and tells us we need to transfer buses. What a complete delay and late notice. Screw megabus workers. .
