Megabus - Tried to charge me for extra seat

I was harassed by the megabus employees about my carryon. They told me it was too big and I would have to buy another seat. This is a standard carryon size and it's the exact same carryon I used on my trip in!!! The bus is also almost empty, to add to my irritation. I am following the luggage policy, if they no longer accept standard carryon size then they need to update their policy.

Megabus - Lost Luggage

I didn’t grab my bag after i reached Austin last night at 10:30pm and the bus left to San Antonio. I was told my luggage will be sent to San Antonio lost and found, so i just want to know how to get in contact with SA lost and found. I need my stuff back ASAP and no one is answering me back from Megabus company.
