This is the second time it’s been an issue with megabus! They changed their location two days ago without letting anyone know and have refused to at least give me credit so I can catch the next arriving bus.

She kept a directing me to place another order and I asked to speak to a representative and she’s failed to do so. Myself and 10 other people have been waiting and there’s definitely a storm coming and there’s kids out here as well and we were told there’s nothing they can do.
