I purchased 2 tickets one to Houston and another one to New Orleans. Now the first bus coming from Austin to Houston was running late making me miss the bus to New Orleans.
I called customer service and they told me I couldn’t exchange my ticket that I had to buy a new one . So I buy a new ticket and contact customer service again about the issue and they told me they could only exchange the ticket , but I had already purchased the new ticket now I need a refund .
