The reservation (57/58-3021-120317-M27R-1830-NEW-ALB) for the bus my daughter was going to take home from NYC to Albany, NY said to be at 34th Street between 11th and 12th at least 15 minutes prior to 6:30 p.m. There were no buses on that block last night.
There were a few other people looking for buses but none showed up. I called your customer service two times because my 17 year old daughter and her 17 year old friend are standing down there waiting for a bus to show up in the dark. Your customer service agents disconnect my call 2 times. I'm absolutely furious and demand that you at least refund the cost.
I asked your agents to find out where she can get the bus. It is unbelievable to me that I was disconnected.
