The mega bus has the worst customer service on this planet. I will never ever use this services again.
I was charged twice for the same trip and I called customer care and the supervisor told me he can't refund the charges because the trip already passed. I just noticed the charges on my account and called customer services. I never noticed it before because I never would have expected this. This is unacceptable on so many levels.
The attitude of the supervisor and the customer service rep was beyond unacceptable. How can your company charge your customer twice for the same transaction and deny them a refund because the trip has passed? This is robbery on so many levels.
I hope this never happened to another customer. To think i have been supporting you guys for years and i have constant put up with the poor customer services from your worker but this is intolerable to me.
