Not resolved

I origially booked my round trip o february 27th 2018 and that trip had me departing on 3/21/18 @ 9am that trip was cancelled by megabus due to suggested weather conditions. So i called because its a wedding im going to trying to understand my options the first agent i spoke to said she couldnt take my reservation on line i had to go through the link in the cancellation notice only for me to do that after being told there are trip leave on the 22nd at 1am,3:45am & 5am so when i went to reshedule my trip for the 22nd it generated a trip leaving from nyc at 3:45 with a confirmation no#AGz16ka.

In an effort to make sure my travel was being honored for the original price i called customer service back and i was told i now needed to have them listen to the tape of the first agent giving me this misinformation then after the second said i now have to pay again for cancellation that was due to no fault of my own along with the a new booking at the current price for a new resevation as opposed to honoring the original pricing.

I am utterly discussed with this service but i have made plans from almost a month ago that has me spending unecessary money again for a carefully planned trip yet again. I
