My name is Munjurpet Subbarama Ramamurthy. I had booked bus ticket for the journey Atlanta - Columbia SC on Wednesday, 23rd August 2023 vide booking reference: AJUMCCO.
I arrived at the bus station and patiently waiting for the bus from 1630 hrs. Since I did not see any bus until 1730 hrs. I made at least 9 telephone calls and also sent a mail expressing dissatisfaction about the way in which your office reacted. There was no communication. Further, I saw one Southeastern Bus and enquired with the crew if the bus could take me to Columbia. He was very arrogant and did not answer my query properly. Finally, I missed the bus and came back home after spending USD 100.00
Under the circumstances, I have no other option left but to seek refund of ticket value USD 64.00 was paid through online vide my UOB debit card number: 5129 72** **05 0206
If your Company fail to reimburse the amount of USD 64.00 + USD 100.00 i.e. USD 164.00 I will not hesitate to initiate legal action to recover the amount, which, may please be noted.
