Very unprofessional

Supervisor Chevelle was extremely rude and refused to help with an error on their behalf. She would talk over my husband and refused to help with reservation for the trip which is on 2/8/20. Rude and unprofessional!!!Wtf

Customer Service Rep NAISHA is a nasty heffa, too (with her bald-headed self). They scammed $126.00 from me during the Thanksgiving Holiday, and refuse to pay it back. We should start a CLASS ACTION against them.

Cheap tickets

It's four of use me and my sister we are all senior citizens. We a good deal but a ticket to come home is to high we are on a fix income can you please help me.

Bed bugs

It happened every time in early or night mega bus; whenever I am taking a light nap and it is still dark at 5:30 am - or at 11 pm - I have several bites . So I took a hard solution to change job and to not commute not on $1 nor on free of charge megabus. To be objective, it is not really megabus problem, bed bugs are everywhere. Advice: do not ever sleep in bus; when you are coming home , just immediately put in laundry everything including coat, clean with 91 alcohol your pursue, bag , put your shoes and bags in... refrigerator - do not leave anything after bus in house, there are bed bugs in every megabus I used. It is a global situation, alas.

On Greyhound, I have caught lice and crabs numerous times. Best to stay away from the back seat.

Triple Check every step when making your reservation

Here is the short version:I booked two tickets from Phila to New York Phila has two pickup locations - 5 minutes apart Although it would have been fine, I booked the less convenient one Called Customer Support they cancelled my tickets and issued credit codes (3 codes in random amounts for two tickets?) I went into rebook ("forgot" to select 2 passengers, but did select my same two seats on both the up and back legs) Plugged in the first code, brought the price down, pluged in the second code brought price down to $0, left wondering about the third code. Finish checkout to realize I only got one ticket Tried booking 2nd ticket but only last code valid now and that left $15 remaining to be paid by card. Called Customer Support but ended up hitting the "Pay" button while waiting for supervisor. Supervisor got on call and reiterated "you screwed up. you've used your codes. can't do anything for you." I hang up $15 poorer. I did book the wrong pickup spot. I did miss selecting 2 passengers. But both of these "situations" should be easily resolved. I do believe the MegaBus website and business model is designed to create situations where customers are cheated out of their money. The web site is horrible - when I first tried booking I ended up with 7 trips, 14 tickets in my cart. I was like WTF is wrong with this!! > Believe it or not, I am pretty competent in browsing, selecting, purchasing - all types of items (goods, travel, financial, banking, uber, rover, etc. etc), all the time. Hundreds of transactions, thousands of dollars each year. MegaBus site sucks [I believe intentionally]. Their service is designed to steer you toward conditions in which you need to fork over more money than you should need to. >

Late bus

bus for orlando never came. waited 30 minutes. called customer service. they said the bus came. several other people were here waiting for the bus. customer service said they couldnt help me and i would need to purchase another ticket. then hung up on me.

Late bus

The butt only bus that arrived had the wrong route number on it and then the bus never came at 7:40. I called megabus he said the bus came and there was nothing they could do and they would not reimburse me and I had to buy another ticket and then they hung up the phone on me

False advertising

I specifically choose to use this company for travel because I was sold on the accommodations of internet and power outlets which would allow me to work. I figured this be a better option than driving to Dallas as I could use time to work instead the equipment and bus that pulled up was dated and no power or internet on the bus. I feel like it’s a bait and switch. False advertising and grossly under perfromend and over promised.

Don't take Megabus. Was broke down for almost 4 hours. details below.

The bus broke down due to a blown tire, which I understand they had no control over. But, we sat for over 3 hours for a tire change. This is absolutely ridiculous. I want a refund. I was supposed to reach Orlando by 5:30 and I won't be arriving there until at least 11 pm. No reason for this. Wtf

Rude costumer service

Service rep for mega bus let the girl before me get on but as I was running to him would not let me get on the bus even though I was right after her, spent more time arguing with me and saying that I was now one minute late rather than letting me get on the bus which was right in front of me and even stopped to wait for me.

My bus was supposed to come at 12:25 am I made sure I was at the stop at 12:15am and I was waiting for the bus for 45 minutes and when it came it rode past me I don’t know if he didn’t see me but I was there clear as day

DISPUTE FOR GETTING A REFUND

no, Megabus has given me the run around. I am too through dealing with them.

I'm hoping to have a Boston based television broadcast company come to my apartment and interview me. I would really like for as many people as possible to know just how they treat consumers and their horrific business practices!e

On 5/7/2019 I had both a heart attack and a stroke. Taken by ambulance to hospital.

Intubated for several days while in ICU.Cardiac unit and then to rehab to learn how to walk, talk and to tie my shoes.One day after discharge I was admitted to another hospital after they found blood clots in both lungs. The next day an ultrasound showed I had clots behind both my knees. I will be on Coumadin( blood thinners) for the rest of my life. Before May 7th I was on Oxygen 24/7 for severe respiratory illness.

I have my medical records. I am disabled living on SSDI (fixed income) t computer illiterate but know some basics. I plan on hiring a private attorney, contacting local newspaper(s) and television stations (Boston area) hoping for them to come to my residence for an interview. I am really angry over the run around I got from Megabus.

Angry enough to spend my last dime if needed for legal assistance.It is not about the $42.49 that they are not willing to refund my credit card company.

This is all about principle regarding the entire package of MegaBus. I will do all I can legally to make sure as many people as possible become aware of practices of MegaBus and how they treat human beings like second class citizens

I BOUGHT 2 TICKETS TO AND FROM BOSTON-MONTPELIER VT AT SEPARATE TIMES. I CONTACTED MEGABUS LESS THAN A COUPLE OF HOURS TO REQUEST A REFUND TO MY CREDIT CARD FOR THE TRIP GOING TO VERMONT. I HAD A RIDE TAKING ME THERE FROM MY APARTMENT IN LYNN,MA. MEGABUS ASKED ME TO CONTACT MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY(CAPITAL ONE) WHO TOLD ME THEY WOULD GIVE ME CREDIT. YESTERDAY I GOT MAIL FROM C/ONE STATING MEGABUS REFUSED TO GIVE A REFUND. I GOT THE RUN AROUND TRYING & TRYING TO SPEAK TO A LIVE HUMAN BEING. AFTER SENDING A LONG MESSAGE TO THE ADDRESS I WAS GIVEN. IT CAME BACK "PERMANENT ERROR" I CALLED MEGABUS TWICE ONLY TO GET THE SAME E-MAIL ADDRESS. AFTER LOOKING ON THEIR SITE, IT SAYS THEY DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS. ALTHOUGH I DID SEE THAT IF YOU REQUEST A REFUND WITHIN 24 HOURS IT IS POPSSIBLE. I DID CONTACT MEGABUS WITHIN 2 HOURS only to be told to contact my credit card company. This purchase was back in July of this year.I am really angry with this company. A few years back I got on a Megabus in Burlington VT. The chair lift was needed for a passenger. The driver could not get the lift to move anymore than 1/2 down. We waited on a rainy day for another bus to take us to Boston. I got home nine hours later. The trip from BUR-BOS is no more than 4 hours! No, nothing from this company ,no we are sorry,no we will give you a 1/2 priced ticket for the future! no, no, nada, zilch, goose egg nothing

Stolen luggage

I was pulled off bus (headed to Atlanta from Chicago)on 10/6/19 due to an issue I had no control over. I have been actively searching for my luggage since then. I was detained in Indianapolis for a minute and my luggage went to Atlanta. I’m in Atlanta now but my luggage isn’t. I HAVE NO CLOTHES AND I AM ON VACATION. Every time I reach out MEGABUS AND COACH USA tell me 3-5 days for response jus to say another 24-48 hours! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I have had MY PROPERTY FOR A TOTAL OF FIVE(5) DAYS NOW! This has been an inconvenience on a number of levels and YOU SEEM LIKE YOU COULD CARE LESS ABOUT MY MISFORTUNE! I expect a phone call before the close of business TODAY!! Or I will begin legal action against YOU AND ALL COMPANIES IMVOLED 3 THREE BAGSOF LUGGAGE ARE MISSING! (1)Black rectangular luggage on wheels, (1)Grey/red Nautica duffle bag, (1) Black Tommy Hillfigure duffel bag.
