Requesting a refund I purchased my ticket on the wrong day I also purchased a ticket on the correct day which is the 31st I’m really confused right now my mother passed and I will be only making one trip back to Texas so I won’t need another ticket I’m asking him to give me refunded to the credit card I use ending in 5308 I purchased both tickets I didn’t know that there was a no refund policy normally my confirmation number is 17 Dash 7406 Dash 012819M 74 R1040BAT – HOU PLEASE ASSIST

Megabus - Worst Experience Ever

I boarded the megabus last night at Union Station, DC to NYC. We stopped in Baltimore where the bus drivers switched. The driver we picked up at Baltimore was rude. He played music via his phone that was loud and it seem as if every song he listened to had profanity. I have rode many buses and I've never had a driver to play music. I could not sleep because of the loud music. If this is condoned by Megabus I'll never use your services again. As a customer I should not have had to be subjected to that foolishness.

Megabus - Horrible customer

This company is so horrible I try to buy a ticket and it did not go through because it says incorrect billing information. Which was not right the information was correct after this it takes the money off my card twice and then they tell me that I have to wait 24 hours to have the funds refunded after it charged me twice for one ticket. I needed to leave tonight and now I have to wait in a very dangerous situation because of inconvenience on behalf of this company and when I called customer service both then agent and manager were very rude it sounded like the same lady on the phone. It’s really sad that they treat their customers so poorly and the service is horrible.

Megabus - Never again

Idiot employees, bus leaked water from sunroof, driver blasted *** music on radio, too hot. Music nor heat turned down despite several complaints. Bus had to stop for mechanical issue and another bus sent. Never again. I’d rather walk!

Megabus - The worst

We arrives at the orlando station in samora street. They moved the station 20 minutes away without notifying the passaangers. As a result we missed the bus and the staff told us we had to pay for the next bus. I called the customer service number and was told the same. All the staff ia rude and umprofessional.
