Bus from NYC to ALB very delayed and no communication via text message or from anyone working with mega bus to explain to customers that there was a delay. People are confused when they wait by a sign and there is no one to talk to.

When the bus did make its first stop there were other travelers confused who wanted to board this bus when in fact their bus was supposed to be behind this one and they were waiting in the cold RAIN-no shelter at all. If mega bus communicated to let passengers know they were running 15 -30 minutes late people could have walked to the train station to sit inside, It is not a very hard thing to get wrong.

A text is sent with your reservation code so why not updates, delays or arrival times? People were cursing MEGABUS which is actually a good service and convenient when things are running on time and the weather is nice.
