I called 2 hour and 45 mins before the time of departure. To change the date until saturday.
Refund was not a option. I was one hold for 10mins until i had a live person to answer the phone. When i finally spoke to someone. They told me the computure would not allow them to change the days.
What the point of having a manager if they cant even overide the computure. Very upset i lost my ticket and my money.
