I called 2 hour and 45 mins before the time of departure. To change the date until saturday.

Refund was not a option. I was one hold for 10mins until i had a live person to answer the phone. When i finally spoke to someone. They told me the computure would not allow them to change the days.

What the point of having a manager if they cant even overide the computure. Very upset i lost my ticket and my money.

Can't pay for ticket


You called the day of the trip, did you really expect a refund? You don’t get one, that’s obvious.

As for changing the date, I doubt that happened.

I’ve called many many times to change dates of my trips. It costs a little bit, but they’ve done it every single time.
