I had a ticket bought for 9pm leaving NYC on May 16th but needed to get to Washington DC before 10pm so I decided to standby but was told to buy a new ticket which ended up costing me $29 on top of the $15.99 I originally paid.
Bus driver stopped close to Baltimore in a parking garage to wait for another driver to release him even though this bus supposed to run Express to Union Station. So there was no point for me buying a new ticket just to be over an hour late anyways.
No apology from the driver and he’s actually laughing in the video.
Also, no toilet paper in the bathroom.
BoltBus is so much better.
You should be ashamed. I used your services many times and this happened in the past and I’m really fed up wasting my time on your buses.
I hope you go bankrupt for misleading your customers and being so careless.
