On my trip to cleveland from Chicago, megabus forgot to dump to toilette from the previous trip, so not only we were not allowed to use the restroom for 7.5 hours, we also had to smell the *** we brought with us to cleveland.That was the most disgusting I have ever had in my life.

The driver apologized and told us to complain and ask for our money back, so I did... I complained 3 times via email and 3 times on their facebook page mail. I have not received any emails back other than the automated ones.

When I called the company, they told me there is nothing great could do, I just to email them.Very bad customer service and the company is not behind their service.

I didn't like: Poor and rude customer care service, Lack of professionalism, Poor comm poor cust serv inconvenience ext chg on co err, Being called a liar, Couldnt provide a solution.
