Megabus - Bad Business
Recently I had mad reservation and made reservation from round trip but end up going one and canceled the round trip in just a minute I cancelled the round trip and the told me they told me that they can't refund my money and give me a credit at a later time and then Called back a couple of weeks later to use my credit and then they told me I cant use the credit
I lost over $158 I called in to speak to management and the customer service people was very rude and laughing at me on the phone as I was trying to explain the situation to them they laughed at me this made me feel very sad and upset for I'm on a fix income and I was trying to see a love one and just received my money back the people i SPOKE TO at the office out of New Jersey was kHOLE,jOHAN AND uNQUICA that was three out of the six people I talked to and was very unprofessional and rude I feel that I'm a valued customer and they treated me like I was nothing after I was told that I have a created and then come to find out that it's not going to be honored I'm confused but this is unacceptable
