These two individuals were extremely rude and had ZERO compassion for the loss of my item - Alicia 5188187 and Miniiemeh 5188027.
Miniiemeh hung up in my face while I asked to speak with her manager.
She stated she will not transfer me, because she has other customers to take care of.
This is very unprofessional. I frequently patronize Megabus and have never been mistreated in such a way as this.
I am a paying customer and expect to be treated with kindness and empathy.
Very unfortunate that I am experiencing such AWFUL customer service.
Those two need to be trained properly. They make Mega Bus look horrible in the eyes of their PAYING CUSTOMERS!
